Watt Integration has completed several Bang & Olufsen home installation projects for me over the past six years. Bryan Watt and his team listen carefully to customer needs and consistently deliver flawless work. Having been a dedicated Bang & Olufsen customer for almost forty years, I am genuinely excited to see that the B&O product in Arizona will be presented by Bryan who truly knows—as well as has a passion for—the product.

Watt was here in our new home before we were. Not just one technician, but several. The complicated job–wires, plugs, outlets, speakers, TV’s, etc. was effortless for them. Super courteous, professional…the Nordstroms of their trade. We never ever doubted the product they were delivering.

Once their install was done, we were going to have our wall repainted and the TV needed to be moved. Watt didn’t hesitate. They arrived early in the morning, removed the TV and returned when the paint job was finished and put the TV back. They did this for us on ‘our’ schedule. No hassle at all.

When our power has gone down for weather related problems, Watt was quick on the phone to walk us thru to get things up again. This level of service and genuine care has continued for us since day one.

Watt designed and installed my home theater system. They integrated my old turntable, moved me to SONOS, and gave me incredible control over my music collection. They were clear in the services, professional in the design, and answered all my questions. I thought I might be too small a job for them, but they were clear that I was not. They held my hand during the training phase, and also provided phone support. For price, service, installation and follow-up, I can’t say enough about Watt. I would certainly use them again and refer them to friends.

Brian and his staff were very professional and enthusiastic. They handled everything from buying the TV to installing the SONOS sound system. My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with the end project. We have music playing all the time in our house, and when we watch TV we are blown away.
